Called on a Sunday evening and had my new water heater installed by noon on Monday. Chase was honest and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell unneeded things. Great value as the final bill came under what I thought or even quoted over the phone. Hopefully I don’t need a new water heater for the next 15-20 years, but I will call kc water heaters when I need another one!

It's been 8 months since I got them replaced my old water heater and it is working good since then. Chase was willing to giving estimate based on the pictures of my existing component, explaining what's needed for the new installation and what can still work. Their pricing was lower than other large company in the market. The installation was neat, everything cleaned out after completion. He also explained to me how the atmosphere draft type of heater suffer when there is negative air pressure in the basement, and how my old unit is suffering from top panel rusted out. Adequate new air for the combustion, suggested me to install air louver allow air from the finished basement to supply new air. About the Bradford brand heater he installed, I think it is good, we got 6 people showering same night(not concurrent) and hotter water did not run out.

He will also save you a lot of money over some of the larger companies out there. For one thing, he won't try to sell you everything under the sun that you probably don't really need. I wish there was a company like KC Water Heaters for AC and all the other things that need service/repair/replacement in a home over time.
